York Ice Trail 2020
Saturday 1st February and Sunday 2nd February will see the return of the York Ice Trail. This year’s Ice Trail will transform York into a home for Fantastical Fictions & Fairy Tales.
Expect to see 40 spectacular sculptures around York City Centre, from the likes of Harry Potter and the Gruffalo through to live action Ice Carving - you can even give it a go yourself!
To help you warm up, here at the Yorkshire Bar and Grill we will be running some great deals on Food and Drink.
In the early chilly morning come and enjoy a hot bacon bap with a warming tea or coffee for £4 per person or if visiting during lunchtime enjoy treating yourself to our Chunky Winter Vegetable Soup. For visitors popping by in the afternoon, we shall be offering coffee and a slice of cake for only £3.50 – deals so good they could melt an ice heart.
Visit York has released a trail map ahead of time so that you can plan your frosty weekend. Come and see which magical creature we are hiding here at the Doubletree by Hilton York and Yorkshire Bar and Grill by following the map to number 18.
Morning until 11.30am, Bacon Bap with a tea or Coffee £4.00 per person
Lunch: 11.30-2.30pm, Chunky Winter Vegetable soup and piece chunky ciabatta £4.00 per person
